HOT NEWS : Iwan Fals Dilaporkan ke Polda Metro Jaya

JAKARTA- Penyanyi ternama Iwan Fals dilaporkan ke Polda Metro Jaya karena telah melanggar hak cipta. Iwan Fals dituntut pasal 2 ayat 1 atau pasal 49 ayat 2 UU No 19 tahun 2001 tentang hak cipta.

“Hari ini kami melaporkan terkait masalah pelanggaran hak cipta. Yang kami laporkan adalah Iwan Fals,” papar kuasa hukum Toto Dwiarso, Jon Matias saat ditemui di Polda Metro Jaya, Selasa (20/4/2010).

Joh menceritakan kejadiannya terjadi tanggal 16 Oktober 2009 saat Iwan manggung di TV One. Saat itu lagu itu dicantumkan pencipta lagunya adalah Iwan Fals. Padahal penciptanya adalah Pak Toto



Jon mengungkapkan, sebenarnya pihaknya sudah mencoba bertemu dengan pihak Iwan Fals dan TVOne. Akan tetapi, selama pertemuan tidak ada penyelesaian. “Kami sudah berikan waktu dan tidak ada itikad baik,” jelasnya.

Toto menambahkan, lagu yang dilanggar hak ciptanya berjudul Bencana Alam. Lagu tersebut telah direkamn tahun 1979 atas nama kelompok ‘Amburadul’.

“Yang menyanyikan memang Iwan Fals saya dan Helmy. Beberapa kali dia nyanyikan lagu itu memang tidak ada masalah. Tapi terakhir saat di TVOne tertulis nama Iwan Fals. Ini saat mengganggu saya sehingga anak saya tidak percaya kalau saya menciptakan.,” pungkasnya.

Kim Kardashian in Unretouched Nude Photoshoot

She has become the poster girl for the anti-size zero brigade. And now Kim Kardashian is joining the campaign for celebrities to show themselves in their true light as she posed nude in an unretouched photoshoot for a glossy magazine.

The unapologetically curvaceous celebrity posed for former wildchild turned celebrity photographer Amanda de Cadenet in US Harper's Bazaar.

It follows Britney Spears' recent release of unretouched photos from an advertising campaign.

In the photo of Kim seen lying on the floor against a grey backdrop, her enviable figure - which has helped propel the 29-year-old reality television star into a multi-million dollar franchise - is seen in all its glory.


And clearly she has little to worry about.

The Harper's spread is not Kim's first nude photoshoot. In 2007 she was on the cover of Playboy, a moment she now regrets.

She admitted to US Harper's Bazaar: 'I'm sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable.' But this time around, Kim was much happier.

'It's definitely scary, but it's very liberating,' she says.

'I think the message is embrace your curves and who you are. I feel proud if young girls look up to me and say, "I'm curvy, and I'm proud of it now".'

She added: 'I might have a little bit of cellulite. I might not be toned everywhere. I might struggle in this area or that.'

But she reveals that growing up a petite brunette in Los Angeles surrounded by statuesque California girls, she had to search hard for role models, and settled on bombshells Sophia Loren and Raquel Welch.

'Those became the healthy bodies to look up to. Then came Salma Hayek and Jennifer Lopez. I related to them,' she said in the May issue of the magazine.

However, as an 11-year-old, she was fearful of the changes happening to her body and her burgeoning curves were a source of distress.

She told US Harper's: 'I was wearing a C cup by the time I was 11. I would go to bed and pray, "Please, Lord, don't let my boobs grow any bigger". I hated what was happening.'

As one of Hollywood's starlets, she still receives undue attention because of the lack of curvy women on the red carpet. But she still doesn't understand why everyone is always going on about the size of her bottom.

She said: 'My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger.'

Meanwhile the reality television star dodged questions about a recent date with Real Madrid football star Cristiano Ronaldo.

The pair enjoyed a lunch together in Madrid, and were allegedly spotted kissing. But she told a Sydney radio station: 'According to the US media, I’m kissing a lot of people.

'Every time if you are just in the same place as someone, they always say you are dating them so at this point I’ve given up.'

She added: 'I think I’m such a relationship kind of girl for years, I think it would be really refreshing and I’m having a good time being single.'

Kim recently split from American NFL football star Reggie Bush. She is currently in Australia promoting a new range of Motorola mobile phones and the Optus phone network.

"Glee" Almost Doubles Audience on Return to TV

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - High school musical comedy "Glee" nearly doubled its audience on its return to television after a four-month absence, drawing 13.7 million viewers, the Fox network said on Wednesday.

The award-winning series about a group of misfit students in a struggling competition choir saw its biggest audience ever Tuesday night, positioning the TV show for a move from cult fan status to mainstream hit.

Fox said that Tuesday's episode of "Glee" outperformed the prior season average for the show by 88 percent in total viewers, or 13.7 million people compared to 7.3 million.

"Glee", a quirky, larger-than-life comedy series that features its cast singing cover versions of pop, Broadway and rap songs, has already won Golden Globe, Peabody and Screen Actors Guild awards since its 2009 debut.

The show has been off the air since December 2009 to make way for the annual Fox ratings juggernaut "American Idol".

Two albums of "Glee" songs have hit music charts in the U.S., Australia, Ireland and the U.K., and more than 4.5 million songs from the show have been downloaded in the United States alone. Cast members will embark on a sold out U.S. concert tour in the summer.

Singing competition "American Idol" remains the most-watched U.S. TV show with an average audience in its current 9th season of 24.9 million viewers.

It happens all the time in the entertainment industry—actors and actresses have affairs. But I have to say that Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen wins the awards for the worst way to have an affair.

Sure, Sheen is in rehab for his “sex addiction.” That’s one thing I could talk about for hours. I’m not saying that sex addiction isn’t a real disease—I do believe it is. But lately, tons of celebrities are using sex addiction as a scapegoat for their cheating ways. And it’s enough to piss me off.

Anyway—Sheen has been routinely leaving rehab to cheat on his wife, Brooke Mueller, with lingerie model and part-time paid escort Angelina Tracy, according to the tabloids. But what’s really sad is the “disguise” Sheen is using when leaving Tracy’s apartment: a fake moustache, a pair of sunglasses, and a hoodie. Really, Charlie? That’s one of the best disguises I’ve heard of. (I hope you can sense my sarcasm, folks.)

Now let’s talk about Angelina Tracy. Yes, you read my earlier statement correctly: Tracy is a lingerie model and part-time paid escort. She charges up to $3,000 per hour. My only question is: where do I sign up?

Ahmad Albar Jadi Gay!!!!!

KOMPAS.com -- Ahmad Albar (63), vokalis grup rock legendaris God Bless, tiba-tiba saja melontarkan pengakuan yang cukup menohok. "Saya jadi gay! Tapi bukan gay yang melambai," ujarnya ditemui di kawasan Pondok Indah, Jakarta, Jumat (2/4/2004).


Tapi tenang, pengakuan yang terlontar dari mulut rocker gaek itu tak ada hubungan dengan orientasinya seksnya saat ini, tapi hal itu terkait dengan perannya dalam film layar lebar pertamanya setelah 32 tahun absen.

Terakhir, diakui ayah aktor Fachry Albar itu, ia beradu akting dengan mendiang rocker Ucok AKA dalam film layar lebar Duo Kribo sekitar tahun 1978.

Sejak akhir Maret lalu, Ahmad Albar kembali merasakan suasana shooting dan berakting di depan kamera. "Awalnya kaget dan deg-degan. Berat saya pikir ketika saya harus berperan sebagai seorang gay. Tapi saya pikir ini tantangan juga. Peran yang belum pernah saya lakukan," ujarnya menjelaskan peran yang dimainkannya di film D'Love arahan sutradara Herfi Kardit.

Beberapa waktu lalu, sejumlah tawaran memang datang kepadanya. Tapi tak satupun ia terima. Alasannya, banyak kesibukan yang tak bisa ditinggalkannya. Nah, baru tahun ini, tawaran itu berjodoh.

"Bukan saya tak berminat. Tapi kesibukan saya pribadi juga di God Bless. Kebetulan baru kali ini lagi kosong. Saya pikir kenapa tidak. Apalagi saya menghargai keuletan kru yang terus membujuk saya. Akhirnya saya luluh juga, " aku pria berambut kribo ini.

Keputusan untuk kembali berakting, tentu saja mencuri perhatian keluarga besarnya. Sang anak, Fachry dan Camelia Malik, penyanyi, aktris dan juga produser itu, tak ayal ikut memberi dukungannya.

"Mereka support walaupun sempat kaget. Saya bahkan sempat mendiskusikannya dengan Fachry. Dia bilang 'Ini peran yang aneh buat papah. Papah gue jadi gay'. Dia sempat baca naskah dari Herfi dan dia bilang ini naskah yang luar biasa," terang Ahmad Albar menirukan ucapan Fachry.

Ngomong-ngomong soal peran yang tak biasa itu, apa tak khawatir dengan imej rockernya yang bakal luntur? "Mungkin ada sebagian kecil penggemar God Bless yang pro dan kontra. Tapi saya rasa untuk film mereka bisa ngerti bahwa ini sebuah peran. Saya yakin mereka tahu bahwa peran adalah peran," katanya.

The mathematical formula for How Celebrity Gossip Spreads on The Internet

Gossip on social networking sites such as Facebook spreads rapidly in the manner of a contagious virus, say researchers. Mathematicians have developed an equation that describes internet rumours’ ability to fly around the globe in a matter of hours.

They say this is why the secrets of the rich and famous rarely stay hidden for long anymore. The supposed marital woes of France’s first couple, Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni, and some unsavoury text messages between golf star Tiger Woods and one of his mistresses are among the most recent subjects to spread like wild fire via Twitter, blogs and Facebook.

The scientists at Rome’s La Sapienza University created their equation in a bid to measure the internet’s power to spread indiscretion.


Team leader Alessandro Panconesi said: 'And it shows just how fast news - and gossip - travels these days. It's like influenza.'

They will present the findings at the prestigious Symposium on the Theory of Computing in Cambridge, Massachusetts later this year.

So far they have yet to test their theory on the latest celebrity gossip. But Professor Panconesi said he’s already demonstrated its reliability, thanks to the help of a fellow researcher in the U.S.

At the weekend the American mathematician posted one Tweet about the Italian group’s failure to get the funding promised them by the Italian government to carry out their research on the spread of gossip on the internet.

'And within 17 hours there’s a whole page about the work in the Corriere della Sera newspaper,' said Professor Panconesi.

'Funding for science in this country is abysmal and we wanted to show it,' he said. 'I think we’ve managed it.'

But the newspapers in Italy, a country that is obsessed with celebrity, were more interested in hailing the research as evidence of the internet’s miraculous power to shine a light on the lives of the rich and famous.

Corriere della Sera compared the speed of Tiger Woods's fall from grace with the time it took Cicero’s sniping about Julius Caesar’s sexuality to be recorded in the history books by Plutarch - a snail-like 150 years or so.
